User-Uploaded Documents: Files you upload to generate marketing kits, such as property inspection reports, disclosures, listing notes, and other real estate documents.
Account Information: Your name, email address, and authentication credentials when you register for an account.
AI-Generated Outputs: The text produced by the App for MLS descriptions, social captions, flyer highlights, and ad scripts.
Purchase Receipt Data: In-app purchase receipt information used to validate subscription status through Apple or Google.
Device and Usage Data: Technical information such as device type, operating system version, app performance logs, and crash information to maintain app stability.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information only to support the App’s functionality and service delivery:
Marketing Kit Generation: We process uploaded documents and AI-generated outputs to create property marketing materials.
Subscription Verification: We use receipt data to confirm paid subscription status for access to premium features.
Account Management: We use your email and account details to administer your account, communicate app updates, and provide support.
App Improvements: We analyze device and usage data to improve app performance and reliability.
3. Payment and Billing
We do not process credit card details directly. All subscriptions and payments are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play. We may retain purchase receipt information only to verify subscription status.
4. Data Retention
30-Day Retention: Uploaded documents and generated marketing kits are retained for up to thirty (30) days to support your use of the App.
Manual Deletion: You may delete files or your account at any time, and we will remove the associated data as soon as practicable.
Backup and Recovery: Data removed from active storage may remain in backups for a limited time, consistent with our data retention and recovery policies.
5. Data Sharing and Third-Party Processors
We do not sell, lease, or rent your data. We share information only with trusted service providers required to operate the App:
AI Providers: We transmit document text to secure AI endpoints for content generation.
Hosting and Infrastructure: We store data on encrypted cloud infrastructure during the retention period.
Platform Providers: Apple and Google may receive purchase-related information as part of their billing processes.
Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, or lawful request from public authorities.
6. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect your information. This includes encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) and appropriate controls over data storage.
7. Children’s Privacy
The App is intended for adult real estate professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13. If we learn that we have collected such data, we will take steps to delete it promptly.
